Pretty Flowers Re-bloomed

Wednesday, February 07, 2018

My African Violet has re-bloomed. Few days later the petal tips looked burnt, otherwise it's still pretty. De-hydrated? But I can't water so much.

This new bloom is in exactly the same shade as when I purchased it months ago. The leaves however have turned out to be bright green. They were dark when I got it.

This pot of vermillion rose produces really small flowers but very productive. It is always in bloom.

The flush of flowers from my Spider Tresses was not as lush as previously. Still, the blooms are as extraordinary as always.

I have been multiplying Impatiens walleriana lately. I just love how fast and how floriferous the plant can be - fast and a lot!

I am still not sure how big is this ball of blooms atop this moped hydrangea is going to end up. Earlier I thought there were only a few blooms until more and more buds show up. The colour of the bracts are pale pink now.

After a long wait, my Japanese sedge has revived and grown more leaves. Earlier it just shrunk in size, probably due waterlogged soil.

Have a Happy Chinese New Year and holiday!

    1. I think orchids are prettier. Spider tresses are unique due to their long tresses.
