The white flowers of the Plumbago have been brightening up the garden from dawn till dusk for the past two weeks. They are like little sunshines during the cloudy days.
They look the best in the morning and in the night, they are little 'glow in the dark' blooms that will guide your path.
They didn't just call this Tradescantia as Cobweb Spiderwort for nothing. The leaves are like they are covered with cobwebs. The flower meanwhile are the 'little jewels' sparkling under the bright blue sky.
Peek a boo... can you see a tiny flower behind the fuzzy leaf?
Oops, I didn't see that piece of dry pellet. Wished I noticed it, I would have pushed that away for this shot. Btw touching the furry leaf is akin to touching a teddy bear :D
The leaves of my Iron Cross Begonia love being touched... I notice my friends who come for a visit will just go touch them.
My Guzmania is flowering! Thank goodness for the blooms, the plant has been looking really dull for many months already and I have been cutting the brown tips away.
The pink blooms of my Impatiens walleriana are always a welcome sight to behold.
Happy gardening!
