Have you tried your hands on cultivating microgreens yet? It is not too difficult to do actually.
I have used various ways to grow them before like using a bamboo steamer basket as well as plastic cake tray. I must say that none of them proved to be easier than this new plastic tray or microgreen box which is purposed-made to sprout seeds. I am so glad that this kind of tool is now available for us here to use.
Within just a week, the seeds, Japanese kale (top side) and Dwarf Pak Choy (bottom side) have sprouted and flourished into beautiful seedlings. Now what is left is to "wallop" them all, yum :P.
The process started about a week ago...
The seeds sprouted and rooted into the tray of water after being soaked in the water for a day and kept wet for another day or two...
Outside in the garden, while watering, I spotted this flower of my dwarf Arundina or mini Bamboo Orchid flowering. Although the bloom is tiny in size, it is very appealing. Demure in appearance, the pale flower looks like a little orchid bloom just as its common name suggests.
This pic below was taken early in the morning...
Have a blessed day :D
