Small Bright Blooms

Monday, January 18, 2021

The pics and short video that I am sharing in this post were recorded during the rainy season we just had. The flowers in the pic below, though small in size, have colours that really stood out against the green foliage backdrop.

Normally the white roses fade fast as the weather can be really hot in the afternoon. However, due to the cooler temperature, they all remained perky for weeks.

So are the blooms of the pale pink miniature rose.

Every yellow four o'clock that bloomed graced this nook from evening right to late morning the next day and complimented the white and pink roses wonderfully.

I managed to snap a pic of all them one evening right before the sun went down. As you can imagine, I was still able to enjoy the blooms whenever I walk into the garden at night.

All them were at one corner of my small garden as you can see from the short video below. You can also watch it on my YouTube channel. While you are there, don't forget to like 👍 and subscribe to my channel - TQ! :)

If you have a YouTube channel too, do let me know so that I can subscribe to yours as well.

Hope you are enjoying your garden as much as I do :)

  3. I really love these miniature roses and had a craving to grow them but alas these died due to high maintenance of pest attacks and root fungal problems.
    Yours looks amazing.
Thank you so much for dropping by.

    1. Oh, I will drop by again ;) Btw, I found these that I have now are very robust. They have been growing well and recently during the rainy weather hence brought down the temperature, their blooms lasted weeks.
